fiji - great house, location, and bike team but everyone’s from the suburbs
phi sig - good parties but house is always wrecked
snu - another old reliable, very stable in terms of house/pairs/pcs/parties
sig ep - insane location, very chill

might drop:
delts - great house but annoying
ksig - decent guys/parties, could be similar to snu once back in their house
lambda - nice house but unstable and weird, go back to being awkward potheads
phi delt - castle house is pretty but musty, 50/50 weird and chill
pike - decent for being off campus but parties always get shut down
ox - unstable but decent house/parties, some chill guys but need to stay off cnd
