by: The #Answersince I can’t put URLS, look to see what theta chi did from UW. UW was treating them unfairly and they separated from the university. Greeklife must ban together. For fraternities currently in toeuble, to those that aren’t (the slim few) consider your future. Houses are dropping like flies. No one is safe. Disband from IU until they treat you better, and you create a better risk system. What’s binding you? When one speaks up, nothing is done. When all rally together, change and movement occur. Are you under the impression IU is protecting us? Cops have raided fraternity houses before...just don’t give them a reason. Unlike IU, they actually have to follow the law. This means they either 1. Have to get a warrant to search your home for something very specific based on evidence, 2. Have to trick you into giving consent to be searched 3. Have to see something in plain view 4. Have to be in pursuit of a subject 5.have exigent circumstances such as imminent danger to persons to prevent the loss of evidence or to prevent a suspect from escaping.

Bro they literally threaten that cop activity will increase but that is ridiculously false. In order for the cops to legally come to your house they have to receive a noise complaint or another call regarding your house. They cant just show up and ticket someone. They can threaten a party by flashing lights and stuff but they cant shut you down until someone calls. The trick is to have good neighbor relations and host a cop dinner once a year to show you guys are actually nice and that will reduce the likelihood of a ticket if they do come to your house. Stop being a inbred and making that argument you clearly have no knowledge on the situation

Hahahaha it’s so funny how this university is shooting itself in the foot. Smart, social people (the personality that creates leaders in business) choose to come here because of that. Little do they know they are turning away potential students as we start telling people how we are actually treated by this school.
