I have some questions.
by: CuriousWhy are chapters like Chi o, AxiD and even lowkey Theta considered middle/bottom chapters when they have consistently gotten the biggest pledge classes/ had the best retention for the past like 3 years? Some of the “top” chapters have smaller pledge classes and give out tons of snap bids and cob under the table, just because you have the prettiest, richest girls doesn’t mean you have the better sisterhoods. Thoughts?

In reality, no one besides ADPi/ SK/ ZTA considers Chi O or AXiD middle tier and they only do that bc they’re mad those chapters steal their girls. Chi O and AXiD undoubtedly have the strongest sisterhoods out of any the sororities here. They consistently have the biggest PCs and have good retention.

Panhel does this thing wear for some reason the chapters at the most people want are punished by having to take smaller PCs last year Adpi DG Zta and SK were the only chapters to make quota before snap its which was 50-ish and other chapters were allowed to take more because they had less girls overall and they were trying to make the chapter sizes more even which I just don’t think it’s fair because these chapters keep girls and girls want them but they get less girls

They weren't the only ones to make quota. Any 'most people want' is not the correct characterization. Your understanding of RFM is as poor as your grammar.
