Why are chapters like Chi o, AxiD and even lowkey Theta considered middle/bottom chapters when they have consistently gotten the biggest pledge classes/ had the best retention for the past like 3 years? Some of the “top” chapters have smaller pledge classes and give out tons of snap bids and cob under the table, just because you have the prettiest, richest girls doesn’t mean you have the better sisterhoods. Thoughts?
