Zeta is known for this kind of behavior, and their ranks seem to go up whenever the other houses are being targeted. I'm in what's considered a middle tier house, and they've done it to us in their desperate bid to move up.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 4.0 It doesn’t matter what other houses say about their appearance. PNMS will see for themselves that SK’s are pretty attractive. Low ranking a brand new house just shows that other houses are getting concerned about recruitment.
