Old vs New Row ???

Technically there are no old or new rows at UGA. But the ones that claim it, the reasons are based on house location & the date the original house was est on Milledge.
(Order of year established at UGA; all before 1950)
Old row: (Milledge, north of Baxter)
PhiMu, ChiO, ADPi, Theta, Kappa
New row: (Milledge, north of Lumpkin)
KD, TriD, Aoii, Axo, PiPhi, ZTA
(Axo was on Milledge till the 70s)
AGD is too north for new row and too south on Milledge (across Baxter) for old. If forced, I’d say new row bc of location but old bc of date. But neither really.

No, old row just means they are half-filled with Atlanta-area members. That does not make them better at all. If anything, it's wrong bc KAPPA nor Theta would be old row and shouldn't be. KD & DDD would be. So get over it. I don't think the girls from the Atl area realize how much the rest of GA can not stand the fake "new money" vibes they give. Such a joke.
