Technically there are no old or new rows at UGA. But the ones that claim it, the reasons are based on house location & the date the original house was est on Milledge. (Order of year established at UGA; all before 1950) Old row: (Milledge, north of Baxter) PhiMu, ChiO, ADPi, Theta, Kappa New row: (Milledge, north of Lumpkin) KD, TriD, Aoii, Axo, PiPhi, ZTA (Axo was on Milledge till the 70s) AGD is too north for new row and too south on Milledge (across Baxter) for old. If forced, I’d say new row bc of location but old bc of date. But neither really.
