There are some nice Pi Phis but they seem the exception. They have some good mixers and go out a lot but are known for not having the best sistethood. They may have improved but we're last in grades too. I'd take a PBP bid over several other houses but they are not a top choice.

Leadership has got to turn things around quick. Need to involve the classy, smart girls and clamp down on the out of control sophomore party clique that is divisive, dumb and embarrassing.
