Pike vs delt/beta

Beta joined UCF Fall 2023
Delt joined UCF Fall 2024
Pike joined UCF Fall 2025

What did Pike do differently from Beta and Delt for them to surge in the rankings? Whereas beta and delt stayed towards base? They’re all fairly new chapters so can someone explain what happened?

Yea but I assume it was the same for delt and beta when they first came to UCF in 23 and 24? Like what did pike do differently for them to surge in rankings?

frats here do it in their own pikebus the only one who gather cool alum brothers who don’t go here (never went here) to get new brothers. then the cool guys leave, bait and switch
