gameday tailgates

About 90% of the greek tailgating takes place in the Hill Street Area between East University and State Street. The "pit" (@Hill and Tappan) has traditionally been the epicenter for tailgating but, the police have really cracked down hard at this location, so well see what happens. Until it get's shut down its the spot to be. Other than that, it varies by gameday which houses are getting shut down, which aren't, which are letting people in which aren't and which (if any) houses are pairing up.

Another heads up (I'm assuming you're a frosh), some tailgates are closed tailgates, meaning they are limited to just brothers/friends/(sororitys (at the start) so you may need to go to two or three houses before finding one you can get into.

Tailgate Guide For a 3pm Game:
Hill Street Tailgates, which includes the Pit gets shut down first but will be the best spot before 10:30/11.
East U normally gets going later but goes longer and will be a good spot 11-2.
Oakland Street Tailgates have been shut down by 10 and gone until kickoff. Play it by ear.
State Street/Packard Tailgates tend to be out of people's way, so don't normally pop off, but there's always exceptions.
