Tailgate Guide For a 3pm Game: Hill Street Tailgates, which includes the Pit gets shut down first but will be the best spot before 10:30/11. East U normally gets going later but goes longer and will be a good spot 11-2. Oakland Street Tailgates have been shut down by 10 and gone until kickoff. Play it by ear. State Street/Packard Tailgates tend to be out of people's way, so don't normally pop off, but there's always exceptions.
