if you're from the north, pi phi is better than kappa. if you're from the south, chi o is better than kappa. so really kappa loses either way and pi phi and chi o are the best

historically, kappa and pi phi are the best at tulane. however, recently kappa has been getting a bad rep that has been really slowly bringing them down from top-top tier to lower top tier, while chi o's past two pledge classes have brought them up to the same level as kappa or even higher to the top-top tier with pi phi. lets hope chi o can stay there cause it's been nice to have non-stuck up girls in the top tier for a change

kinda dropped off the face of the earth cause of their probation a couple years ago but have come back on top with their past two pledge classes and i'd say they're definitely top tier now

i honestly think chi o is underrated (in response to the last person's comment). they were on probation a few years ago which made they lose rank a little bit, but with their past two pledge classes they are definitely back in top tier. i think people sometimes rank them lower because they don't party quite as much as pi phi and kappa (which is A LOT)
