Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of Western Ontario - UWO 4.7 With all this negativity, we need to remember that this does not only affect one sorority, but the Greek community at Western as a whole. Instead of everyone pointing fingers at one organization, we need to stick together and bring out all the positive qualities Greek life can offer. All sororities at Western have females with different personalities, hobbies/interests, and talents. Of course there will be girls that are unable to build special bonds with certain girls and that is perfectly normal. But to punish all the girls in a sorority is just wrong. As an alumni of this chapter, I can say how much I have learned from the Greek organization and how I was able to grow as a leader, sister, and friend. One persons opinion may be based on a few negative encounters and experiences, but does not speak on behalf of the whole sorority. Every sorority at Western is here to provide woman the opportunity to grow as a friend and leader, and I think we all need to point out the positive impacts instead of focusing on negative rumours and reputations. Being part of this sorority I was NEVER discriminated against, humiliated, or hurt in any way, instead I was given the opportunity to participate and grow with supportive sisters. Please do not let rumours, rankings, and stories influence YOUR experience in a sorority, because everyone's will be different.

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of Western Ontario - UWO 4.5 Honestly one of if not the the only house on campus that actually has strong diversity in personalities and demographics. Pretty much every other house you see the same group of rich dyed blonde white girls running everything and on social media, aoii actually represents the community better including their new prez.

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of Western Ontario - UWO 4.5 Don't believe everything you read on the internet it's been highly exaggerated and the author of that article isn't exactly reliable. Also AOII & AGD don't hate each other, AOII literally donated a lot and gave AGD sympathies and cards in the wake of their tragic loss of a member last fall. Don't let one girl tear up the Greek scene at this school just because she wasn't happy and was unable to make friends.
