They are know as top house here at Texas state and have the best parties. They have the most hot guys but be careful bc some are hoes. Most of them have daddy’s money which is good but it makes them have high egos. Overall best tho and will probably be best for the next few years.

There house is alright, they over bid so half there pledges never even know each other . Other then that they have cool guys, all pretty wealthy throw nice events and overall just top house . Along with sig chi.

This is the most honest ranking you will see for SAE. These guys are rude and are total degenerates, but they recruit well due to their big parties and good-looking guys. Typically come from wealthy families. Most of the campus hates them, but still go to their parties because of how large they are.
