Can someone please tell me why PiPhi is using the old house by DZ for rush? Did something happen to their house?! I am a very old alum and super curious 🩷

I saw fire truck and firemen out there one day last week so I doubt it is mold. But they own their house and have a super active house corp so I am sure it will be fixed fast and well. I just wish I knew the details ;)
