Their live in for summer is probably best in Greek system. I feel like guys are always posting in nature and aren’t your typical arrogant fraternity guy but rather actually good people.

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.0 Super solid house - have had nothing but good interactions with their 25s. Parties are solid (not great, but solid) and they hang out w decent houses. Nice guy reputation is real.

Despite claiming to be nice guys, they have a tendency to talk negatively about other houses and are often seen as weirdos by their some. Despite labeling themselves as nice guys, their reputation suggests otherwise, with members often gossiping about rival Greek houses. Additionally, their location far from the central Greek scene makes it challenging for them to stay relevant and connected within the community 😬
