Cool house, good parties, they're held back a bit socially being on the smaller side compared to other houses, on the come up though I'd say.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 Very nice guys who are always welcoming and easy to talk to. They throw pretty good parties and have an awesome backyard. Their live in for summer is probably best in Greek system. I feel like guys are always posting in nature and aren’t your typical arrogant fraternity guy but rather actually good people.

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.0 Super solid house - have had nothing but good interactions with their 25s. Parties are solid (not great, but solid) and they hang out w decent houses. Nice guy reputation is real.

Despite claiming to be nice guys, they have a tendency to talk negatively about other houses and are often seen as weirdos by their some. Despite labeling themselves as nice guys, their reputation suggests otherwise, with members often gossiping about rival Greek houses. Additionally, their location far from the central Greek scene makes it challenging for them to stay relevant and connected within the community 😬
