Very nice guys who are always welcoming and easy to talk to. They throw pretty good parties and have an awesome backyard. Their live in for summer is probably best in Greek system. I feel like guys are always posting in nature and aren’t your typical arrogant fraternity guy but rather actually good people.

Super solid house - have had nothing but good interactions with their 25s. Parties are solid (not great, but solid) and they hang out w decent houses. Nice guy reputation is real.

They recently started posing themselves as a "top house," but the general consensus among others is that they are far from it. Despite claiming to be nice guys, they have a tendency to talk negatively about other houses and are often seen as weirdos by their some. Despite labeling themselves as nice guys, their reputation suggests otherwise, with members often gossiping about rival Greek houses. Additionally, their location far from the central Greek scene makes it challenging for them to stay relevant and connected within the community 😬

Every interaction I’ve had with their new members is them bad mouthing other houses. They even bad mouthed a sorority that my best friend is in because the sorority didn’t hang out with them as much this year. The guys are meh and seem to have an ego

the guys were kinda mean, and all they seem to talk about is how they are a good house because everyone else is “bad” the self ranks on here are embarrassing
