First of all buddy went to town on a brotha first day, real hustle .Very sanitary, cleaned me up afterwards and himself. Made a mockery of the juno boys hustling down the street. I told big bro to keep it silly sometimes with those lit parties. But jimmy john upstairs said the lights were to bright. Monkey see monkey do ig. Welcome to the real world.

For the last 2 decades, Phi Delt have been very smart and have top end jobs after college. They are also super fun to hang with and dominate the IM/Frat Ball leagues

Genuinely such a good group of guys, I have always felt safe at all of their parties and they have the best darties and Halloween party. Some of the other fraternities I cannot say the same about.

Being bouse isn’t easy, it takes dedication, commitment, and an impressive ability to remain at the bottom. Bouse means bottom house: the squids of the Greek-life ocean, swimming around while everyone else wonders what they’re doing. At Pitt, Phi Delt has truly mastered the bouse lifestyle. It takes years of questionable decisions, awkward moments, and unmatched squid energy to reach this level. While other houses might fight over who’s on top, Phi Delt proudly avoids the competition entirely. They don’t need rankings, trophies, or glory. They’ve already secured something far more permanent: certified, undeniable, generational bouse status.

Coming from a girl in a sorority here at Pitt, I can confidently say that phi delt is one of the bottom frats here. They don’t have a hill house (all the big frats do) so the house they do use to throw is far away, where it’s peak is the small amount of darties they can throw before it gets too cold. Once they move it to just inside it’s just like a high school basement party….

Their band/darties in the spring performance helped them a lot along with getting a pretty big pledge class. Still upper mid though

Whole lot of self rank for a mid fraternity. House is nice, parties are okay. Really far though, and a lot of weird brotehrs.

Very solid frat, that being said def no where near the top until all hill houses are gone. With the Sae allegations could be sooner or later. Have a lot of solid upperclassmen but a lot of the new members are quite strange. Definitely upper mid at the moment. Lot of self rank going on here boys
