This is how it has been at uva before any major shifts

Prestigious: dke hall Elmo
Good southern: ksig ka zete sae
Mixed frats, still great pull: phi psi chi phi Fiji Sig chi pika (rip)
Rose a ton: snu beta
Never really relevant: dsig serp phi society phi delt adpi chi psi etc

Ksig KA fiji and pika were some of the best houses at uva while snu was relatively new even until 5-6 years ago
