Nice self-ranking, phi sig. Tbh this house is straight up nasty and the guys are so insecure that they won't let anyone who isn't a brother into a party. One of my guy friends tried to come in with a huge group of girls and a brother flipped out and tried to attack him because he was "on their property" they need to chill. At least they seem like they have a tight-knit brotherhood, but they give me psycho-vibes. Also the parties get really old after a while.

Unbiased review. Phi sig is pretty greasy. Two things come to mind when thinking of them: Taco Bell and Pedro from Napoleon dynamite cuz half of them have that mustache. Rly popular with freshmen at start of year (and whenever theta inevitably gets suspended). As a srat social chair I’ll say their social chair was a hard to deal with douche. They’ll never lose that house so they’ll always be top tier

Arguably the top fraternity at UMass. They have a great house and throw some of the best parties. Seems like they have a really close brotherhood too.

The best frat in New England. They are alpha chapter at their school, so they have been a part of Umass culture for over 150 years. I’m pretty sure they built their house in 1914 which is one of the first frat houses in the world. I went to a party there once this year visiting my friend but I used to go all the time, they were an inclusive group of guys last time I went, with a diverse background

easily the best frat i’ve been to from my time on campus. a lot of super nice brothers and the parties are pretty lit too. they let a lot of guys who aren’t brothers in which was pretty cool also. overall i’d say top if not the top frat at Umass.

Phi Sig, along with Theta Chi, are poor role models on others. Not only do Phi Sig parties suck as the Phi Sig brothers are known to be rude towards non-brothers for no reason, but they're the reason I lost a lot of interest in rushing a frat or going to frat parties. Don't go to Phi Sig; the Phi Sig brothers must be fun at parties.
