Super chill house with good backyard/balcony, good music. All the brothers were super chill, good to talk to. My boy needed to get in to find his girlfriend, all of them helped us. Super classy, mad respect to these guys.

Not a big fan. As a girl in Greek life they only have their pledges show up to mixers. Honestly not the nicest people to some extent. At least their current upperclassmen.

Phi Sig is no longer the same frat dominated the campus 20 years ago. They somehow allowed themselves to become a shadow of the neighboring frat (theta chi) and just pretty much give up the competitiveness that make fraternities good. No more outdoors which was 99.9 percent of what made them good. The brothers know it’s true DEEP down although they would never admit it. But when they read this once again, they will know that phi sig is on the decline.
