COB/Snap Bid Rush

No 'better house' is going to drop you round 1 and then turn around and offer you a snap or cob. A snap would only go to a girl who was carried by a house through round 3 at least, IF the house had to snap, and a COB would only come from the same 'bottom tier' houses you didn't want. Snap and COB don't exist for disgruntled pnm's for a second chance or a backdoor, they are for the sororities to maintain equity in the memberships.
Your pi chi would explain that to you.

like for DDD and DG r u an auto cut based on ig followers? my friend had under 100

It's not the followers for any sorority, its the vibe given. Also if a pnm's social media presence is not enough for chapters to get an idea of what she is like then she will fall through the cracks and won't be invited to round 2 for them to meet her personally. Based on your questions, you are not an actual pnm I hope, because you really don't seem to get what sorority recruitment is all about.

Most spots will be in bottom tier houses. If top tier has any spots, it will be very small and only for people that they rushed up to round 3 or later who they personally know.
If you want to try spring, you need to get to know people in the houses that you want. In spring there are few to no spots in top tier.

My roommate is in chio and they were over quota last year by a lot. They are one of the most popular houses during rush. They did do spring rush last year but hadn’t done it in the past several years.

False. Chi O did not take a lot over quota, did not need to snap bid, and took no new members in spring. Anyone can check that for themselves on the grade reports.

all of them do it? i thought only some did and even then it was rare. someone got all bottom tier houses and they wanted to drop and get a better house instead.
