Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.5 The chapter has had its ups and downs but despite what occurs in chapman's hierarchy Phi Tau has the reputation and standing to be considered an upper-tier fraternity. Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.4 They seem to be getting more selective compared to previous classes. Parties are now awesome and I always feel safe around them. They guys are super chill and friendly and have great brotherhood imo!
