After rush.... for guys. A lot of movement.

Top 5
1. PKA (=) - biggest house, recruit the most guys. Everyone knows Pike at FSU even if you're a middle schoolers in ID.
2. KA (=) - less active then KS but im giving them the edge due to their better history.
3. KS (^) - great parties and girls love them but they have some dorks who are bid for grades.
4. SAE (v)- dudes are extremely soft but throw better parties than everyone not named Pike.
5. SigEp (=) - also soft and their parties are almost none existent. Sororities like them the best after Pike.
Upper Mid
6. Fiji (=) - they will complain about not being higher than SigEp but they dont have the same history and support from sororities.
7. SX (^) - these guys certainly impressed during rush. They dont have a southern rep here but took a lot of guys who would usually go SigEp SAE or Fiji.
8. DX (v) - a lot of people expected them to do better but they didnt do poorly. Others are certainly progressing faster.
Mid
9. ChiPhi (^) - everyone likes to hate on these guys but their performance in rush and constant attention from upper mid sororities has them moving up.
10. Alpha Delt (v) - they are super solid guys and girls from upper mid to lower mid love them. Definitely better names and experiences out there but these guys did ok. Again others are moving up faster.
11. Pi Lamb (v) - ditto AlphaDelt. Both have no name recognition but do well enough here to be mid to upper mid for some reason.
Lower Mid
12. Beta (v) - a lot of people expected them to do better but they still did decently. Lost a lot of guys to random frats in mid they used to do better than.
13. PhiDelt (=) - the epitome of mid. Decent guys, decent sororities love them, not very active on campus, dry house.
14. OX (vv) - they aren't falling as hard as their UF chapter but yikers...
15. Lambda (=) - the SAE of Mid. They have fun parties and decent guys but are softer than wet blanket and girls dont pay them much attention.
Deep sleeper.......
ATO - the shark theme is playing in the background... everyone outside the top 5 is sweating... rumor is they have plans to start building on a 2 acre lot 15 min off campus since they cant take their house back from KS. Its far but if they get it with their names and reputation they will be a force.

I love it! Someone guy or girl actually paid attention to frat rush this fall. A lot of this analysis is exactly correct. But I challenge some.
No way in this life is Sig Ep more popular with top sororities than KAOrder. SPE is a dry house. KA has the tradition and southern studs.
Phi Delt will be touse again as soon as they get their house back. But Phi Delt house is required to be dry.
Beta, also a required dry house, is going to lose their house to Delt (the owner) as soon as Delt comes back.
Sigma Chi is going to be good because they’re just good.
ATO is interesting and the poster is right. ATO has the power to run the table when they come back. If they really have property and a house lined up they’ll compete for touse overnight. There’s a vacant lot next to Pike. Wouldn’t that be fun?

KS can move down but SigEp already being this high is too high for them. They dont do anything and accept anyone who walks in the door. I know they used to be different 20 or 30 years ago but nationals rules have ho'd them hard.
Ks #5 and move Fiji to #3 over SAE. SigEp is below everyone in the next row when it comes to social status tbh.

Listen SigEp is solid- but Fiji above them 100%. More selective and much tougher pledgeship.
The rest- sure. You can flip a bunch based on opinions, but all have their solid guys and the list is fairly accurate.

Listen, I’d have beta and alpha delt right above chi phi- but will say they’ve only been back a couple of years and doing pretty well. Beta will have trouble when Delt comes back and same for alpha delt. Those two frats are living in someone else traditional power frat houses.
Btw, ATO will come back strong/fast. But it’ll take over two years to build and they haven’t secured a lot yet. My dad is an alum. They’re working on it- but nothing yet.

Phi Delt is definitely the sleeper. Great history, awesome house. Super recovery and great new chapter. Moving back into the Iron Man House in 2 years or less.

I agree Phi Delt did a good job starting back up and will grow significantly when back in their house. But they’ll never be as good as they once were- which was apparently right up w Pike back in the day. Reason- they are a dry house now. Same w Beta- beta will never be higher than they are now- dry house and a house they don’t even own.
Sigep is dry, but at least they own their house in a killer location.
So, yes- Phi Delt will continue to do better, but they won’t be top 5 in a dry house in Heritage.

Ok let’s talk about Chi Phi. If you want to be even in the top half at FSU you’ve got to have a house. ATO, Phi Tau, Phi Sig they all want to come back but they have no house. Beta has no house, they’re living in the Delt house. Chi Phi owns a house and property in maybe the best location for a fraternity. On campus, in college town, and short walk to the stadium. Chi Phi has plans to replace their Pizza Hut house with a traditional fraternity house like our neighbors Sig Ep and Sig Chi. There’s no land that isn’t already bought.

I just don’t think there’s a consensus top 5 at FSU.
Pike-KA-SAE-KS-Fiji-SigEp-DX-OX would prob be top 8 on everyone’s lists and you can move around who you think should be higher or lower.
Personally, I think there’s a top 6 in no order w DX 7th only due to housing concerns and OX 8th because of all the trouble/drama/suspensions and then SX moving up the ranks right after that.
Even after those houses, some really good frats in that ‘next tier’. So, lots of choices and the more good houses, the better.
