Listen, I’d have beta and alpha delt right above chi phi- but will say they’ve only been back a couple of years and doing pretty well. Beta will have trouble when Delt comes back and same for alpha delt. Those two frats are living in someone else traditional power frat houses. Btw, ATO will come back strong/fast. But it’ll take over two years to build and they haven’t secured a lot yet. My dad is an alum. They’re working on it- but nothing yet.
