I love it! Someone guy or girl actually paid attention to frat rush this fall. A lot of this analysis is exactly correct. But I challenge some. No way in this life is Sig Ep more popular with top sororities than KAOrder. SPE is a dry house. KA has the tradition and southern studs. Phi Delt will be touse again as soon as they get their house back. But Phi Delt house is required to be dry. Beta, also a required dry house, is going to lose their house to Delt (the owner) as soon as Delt comes back. Sigma Chi is going to be good because they’re just good. ATO is interesting and the poster is right. ATO has the power to run the table when they come back. If they really have property and a house lined up they’ll compete for touse overnight. There’s a vacant lot next to Pike. Wouldn’t that be fun?
