Frats w/discriptions going into Fall 26

Below are all great pretty well established frats where you’ll have a great time. All are involved on campus and nightlife to some degree. Can’t go wrong rushing any of them:
Pike (corporate frat, basically just a giant production)
KA(country dudes, good location)/SAE (giant membership, party animals, pending house situation)
Fiji (great location, cool dudes, good parties)/SigEp (involved in school orgs, nice house, but it’s dry)/Kappa Sig (Big chillers, good location, house is disgusting though)
Delta chi (cool dudes throw good parties, house is cool, but it’s in Heritage Grove and might be losing it soon due to inability to fill house according to rumors)
Alpha Delt (great location, normal dudes, smaller house/membership)
SX(newer frat, strong national brand house in Collegetown)/Beta (involved in school orgs, academic, snitches/rule followers)
The following, you’ll likely have a good time at also, but are newer/smaller in membership. Will still be able to get involved in school orgs/nightlife but possibly smaller networking opportunities within the school environment:
ChiPhi
OX(great location, but went off the rails recently)/PiLam (newish, still trying to figure out housing situation), PhiDelt (strong national brand but brand new)
Lambda (formerly huge fraternity at FSU, brand new coming back)
Phi psi
Zbt (also formerly huge fraternity at FSU, brand new coming back)
TKE (formerly the smallest house with a eccentric membership, rechartering and trying to rebrand, huge national footprint)

I imagine the Phi Delts know the facts. Can’t imagine the PDTs staying out of their house for another 4 years. That means the be out if the house they built for more than 10 years.

With lambda chi and phi Delt and pike all in a row that’s going to be powerful. Maybe ATO or SAE can find places out there?

Both ato and sae had chances when heritage was first built and didn’t want to build out there. Sae even considered it again when they came back on compas after suspension like 10 yrs ago. Their alumni and nationals felt heritage was too far off campus and there is a weird land lease with those properties, too.
Heritage has the room for nice, big houses- but man… just feels weird out there compared to Greek housing on any other campus.

Descriptions pretty good- and fair across the board. But let’s be completely honest-
OX- though its issues, still pulls and has clout. Switch them w Alpha Delt.
Alpha Delt are nice guys, but pretty much take the leftovers of every one else on College Ave. plus, rumors of ATO and Pi Kappa Phi returning will boot them from the house and they just don’t have the backing/history to compete.
Otherwise, list and descriptions are good.

For all their faults, theta chi has tradition, alumni and sororities on their side. Unless they destroy themselves they have to be considered a top half maybe top tier fraternity.
ATO, Pi Kap and Delt were all top tier before the boot. They’ll come back strong.

Alpha Delt is aiiight- but like a temp agency. Won’t last and only decent due to renting on College Ave the last couple of years.
They are def below SX, Beta and OX.
