Frats w/discriptions going into Fall 26

Below are all great pretty well established frats where you’ll have a great time. All are involved on campus and nightlife to some degree. Can’t go wrong rushing any of them:

Pike (corporate frat, basically just a giant production)

KA(country dudes, good location)/SAE (giant membership, party animals, pending house situation)

Fiji (great location, cool dudes, good parties)/SigEp (involved in school orgs, nice house, but it’s dry)/Kappa Sig (Big chillers, good location, house is disgusting though)

Delta chi (cool dudes throw good parties, house is cool, but it’s in Heritage Grove and might be losing it soon due to inability to fill house according to rumors)

Alpha Delt (great location, normal dudes, smaller house/membership)

SX(newer frat, strong national brand house in Collegetown)/Beta (involved in school orgs, academic, snitches/rule followers)


The following, you’ll likely have a good time at also, but are newer/smaller in membership. Will still be able to get involved in school orgs/nightlife but possibly smaller networking opportunities within the school environment:

ChiPhi
OX(great location, but went off the rails recently)/PiLam (newish, still trying to figure out housing situation), PhiDelt (strong national brand but brand new)
Lambda (formerly huge fraternity at FSU, brand new coming back)
Phi psi
Zbt (also formerly huge fraternity at FSU, brand new coming back)
TKE (formerly the smallest house with a eccentric membership, rechartering and trying to rebrand, huge national footprint)
