Descriptions pretty good- and fair across the board. But let’s be completely honest- OX- though its issues, still pulls and has clout. Switch them w Alpha Delt. Alpha Delt are nice guys, but pretty much take the leftovers of every one else on College Ave. plus, rumors of ATO and Pi Kappa Phi returning will boot them from the house and they just don’t have the backing/history to compete. Otherwise, list and descriptions are good.
