Yep- SAE really solid, but not nearly as selective as Pike or KA. Huge and throw good parties, but the ranking is perfect how it is.
Maybe move Delta Chi and ALpha Delt each down a level, but the rest is spot on.
DX’s a great group, but hearing Phi Delt is getting the DX house starting next fall. don’t know where DX can move unless OX finally does something (again) and finally gets kicked and they can move in that house. otherwise, they may be homeless.

Don’t hold your breath. ATO and Delt may never come back. There’s no place left for them to be. The competition is too strong. Just let the alumni enjoy remembering how good they used to be.

All three of those houses will be back. Along with phi tau and phi sig.big alumni in all, but ATO, Delt and Pi Kapp have the funds to move right back into place.

Absolutely agree. Theta chi went downhill fast due to trouble and no one wants to go there anymore. They buy and fix up that property and settle down, they’d be up top again.

Theta Chi has huge alumni body with big money. They should buy that apartment and build a big house on Park. No reason not to.

True- the best option would be buy the property and rebuild. But land/property is expensive around campus. That’s why the frats that own their houses have the upper hand. Crazy w the history of some of these chapters like SAE, OX, ATO, don’t own houses. They get kicked/suspended for a year or more and the property owners move to the next fraternity that needs a home. And yes, I know ato isn’t back…
OX prob would have been better off if they had a reset and got suspended for a couple of years. Good history, good group- just got out of hand for a while there….

Alpha Delt 100% below SX and Beta. Both those two are getting better. Especially with SX’s new lot/house and Beta now in the Delt house for at least the next few years.
Alpha Delt just doesn’t have the nationals or chapter alumni to buy anything after they get kicked out of the Pi Kappa Phi house.
Not bad guys, but will fall off a cliff when they get booted. I’d prob put them even behind Chi Phi, who were strong before they got suspended. At least they have a house/huge lot and campus/national history.
