Alpha Delt 100% below SX and Beta. Both those two are getting better. Especially with SX’s new lot/house and Beta now in the Delt house for at least the next few years. Alpha Delt just doesn’t have the nationals or chapter alumni to buy anything after they get kicked out of the Pi Kappa Phi house. Not bad guys, but will fall off a cliff when they get booted. I’d prob put them even behind Chi Phi, who were strong before they got suspended. At least they have a house/huge lot and campus/national history.
