True- the best option would be buy the property and rebuild. But land/property is expensive around campus. That’s why the frats that own their houses have the upper hand. Crazy w the history of some of these chapters like SAE, OX, ATO, don’t own houses. They get kicked/suspended for a year or more and the property owners move to the next fraternity that needs a home. And yes, I know ato isn’t back… OX prob would have been better off if they had a reset and got suspended for a couple of years. Good history, good group- just got out of hand for a while there….
