They do know how to have a good time, maybe a little too much fun. They have been slowly rising higher and higher. Their pledge class from this year is very attractive though, which will AKA attract even more pretty girls. If kappa delta continued to update their actual house it will be even higher to the top

Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 4.2 This sorority was middle tier but has officially passed the tri delta ranking. PC this year is the hottest yet and the girls are nice. Some people say they "forget" about KD just because they are the last house on row and don't go all out for pep rallies mostly because they don't care as much as Chi-O's. Overall, really good house. Top 5 for sure
