Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at West Virginia University - WVU 2.8 I'd be lying if I said that Pi Phi isn't bottom tier - the chapter has its problems, no doubt. They're small, they're not the most involved, and they're not the most attractive. In my opinion that's a reflection of leadership, not the girls as a whole. Don't rag on the sorority as a whole when a lot of the girls are actually good people.

I'd be lying if I said that Pi Phi isn't bottom tier - the chapter has its problems, no doubt. They're small, they're not the most involved, and they're not the most attractive.
