Just drove by Sorority Row, and both the KD and Alpha Chi houses are done.
Remember all the "mark my words, they won't be ready for recruitment" posts? Well... they are.
If you were loud enough to say they wouldn't be ready, be loud enough to admit you were wrong. And don't spread rumors to PNMs before you know the facts.

Yeah but in this point in the process they would have HAD to send a notice to girls about a delay since they have girls signed to live in. Since they haven’t, that means it’s ready/ going to be by move in time.

lmk when you've been inside and confirmed the "it's ready for occupancy" assumption. until then it's just an assumption.
and fyi - the sorority doesn't get to decide when occupancy is. that is the city of starkville. it isn't ready until the city issues the certificate.

Pathetic that you're so dug in on this. You obviously don't have a real outlet for your need to try to be a construction know-it-all. Sorority House Corporations have a lot more actual experience with this, many times over, than you do. Stick to digging ditches, you are in one now.

If you’re a pnm, please look at this and see how desperate these people are to make up stuff to tear KD and AXO down. Yall swore up and down that construction couldn’t be done in a year. Now you’re moving the goal post saying the interior can’t be done. Please just relax and worry about your own chapter

Insecure sorority members and old mammas get so worried about rush when someone gets a beautiful new sorority house because it ups the competition. There is nothing they can do or say to make pnm's not see these new houses and be impressed; the impotent ranting on here is just hilarious.
