Top in no order: Adpi, chi o, axo
Reason: all well rounded. Strong in many categories. Kappa arguably in top as well if people respected them more
Upper mid no order: kappa, theta, DG
Reason: strong houses in their respected categories... However missing one or two things from being as well rounded as top tier.
Mid tier no order: Gphi, aphi, KD
Reason: decent houses, but one trick ponies. Need to strengthen other aspects to move up.
Bottom tier in order: zeta/sk, phi mu, sigma
Reason: have a lot of weaknesses in comparison to other chapters. However, sk/zeta are easily better choices than phi mu and sigma.

ADPi is not even slightly well rounded, no guys like them. They're lower mid. Whether you agree or not social is a major part of sorority life. Otherwise, don't really disagree. Except dirty DG is in no way higher than Aphi or especially gphi. We can tell you hate on the pretty girls OP, sorry you got cut!

The best houses are those that are most in demand by PNMs. The houses with both the highest return rates and the highest number of new members in the top third of their bid list are in fall 2015 are Pi Phi, XO, Theta and ADPi. You might not like it, but that's the truth. Next four: TriDelt, AXO, Kappa and GPhi.

OMG lol, not theat, adpi or xo. Pi Phi WAS. they absolutely turned psycho wihc was a shame since they only had creditblity for recruitment but this yeas pc was fu reak in over the top. half the girls moved out of they house. they had another of their pledge class move in saying they are done. but really look at the stats.
