So was this place ever a fraternity house? I kind of hate it being in the middle of Greek town. Like that property could be of better use to a fraternity that's growing or wants to relocate.

Why does it have to be a Fraternity that gets it? Why can't a nice group of strong independent women who don't need NO MAN get it?

Don't know if it's possible to do fraternity should definitely buy it from the owner and renovate it back from being an apartment complex to a frat house again
