I will give them credit when it comes to recruiting they do a darn good job because they put on a good show. However they look for a certain type of girl just like any other sorority but i guess they just give bids to girls just like them and their rep won't change if they keep doing that.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 3.4 Lots of hate on this house. But from someone who actually knows a lot of them and is basing a rank on reality rather than assumptions, the hate is largely unwarranted. Do they have issues? Sure. Every house does. But they have been working very hard to make improvements. This is not a house on the decline. It is a house on the rise, that is working through some difficulties and will come out stronger as a result.
