Most comments below sum it up, their house needs a lot of work. They're not the most attractive guys, that's for sure but I will admit they are fairly respectable. The parties are nice but we all know sig chi throws the biggest parties not "pikapp".Defi nitely nowhere near a top house, like self ranking pikapps claim, but may get there eventually

I think all of Greek life would agree this is not a top house. Mid tier at BEST.

In my eyes, this is a top house because no one has a single bad thing to say about them. Aside from a few jealous guys posing as sorority girls (awkward) all the comments are pretty true. Even someone who gave them a low score had to admit they have great parties. This house is full of hot guys who constantly throw ragers, and managed to have second overall in new member grades last semester. With the new renovations to their house, pi kapp is clearly going to remain on top.

Great guys, great parties, and i heard about renovations to their house to make it better. Their pledge class in the spring finished 2nd in grades so they are headed in the right direction. No bad things to be said about this frat and everyone who votes it bad is hating on them for being one of the top frats on campus

dgamma, see what your juniors have to say about pi kapps, they've been through the whole house. These guys are good friends with all the "top tier" houses and throw crazy parties, black and white, stars and stripes, halloween, and shots around the world. Definitely not a bad house besides the physical house they live in.
