Tried to fight Phi Kap then DU last week. Contribute nothing to greek life and didn't even place in Greek Week. Bottom Tier house at best right now. Their meritocracy let a lot of other houses catch up and surpass them.

New house next year in greek town. Very diverse guys. Great looking. Black and White (party), cutest puppy in greek town. Have eachothers backs. Respected by all good houses on campus. Party hard. To say this house is bad is just stupid

pi kapp is definitely the best frat. they have the most fun parties, most amazing guys, great brotherhood and the most attractive guys. they for sure have the hottest fall and spring pledges. probably the only house i would trust leaving my cup unattended..OVERALL BEST HOUSEEE!

If it isn't the best house on campus, it's definitely top 3... They throw the best parties, are very sociable/fun guys, and know how to have a good time! They're also supposed to be getting a new house next year, which is their only issue as of right now. I also hear good things about their fall/spring pledge classes. Overall, some of the nicest guys on campus, very athletic, and love to party.
