I feel like phi psi this year has really stood out. Every time I go out I always see them and they’re always so friendly! If they bid another class as good as their freshman one this year no doubt they are a top house.

A group of studious and cultured men whom go out of their way to bring respect and value to their house, family, and friends. The type of guys I’d want my daughter to bring home.

Most likely midtier. Phi Psi has potential but has yet to realize it. Recruiting needs to strengthen and be more selective. These guys actually started the year better positioned but have slipped a bit.

Biggest house/property on campus. Just finished 2022 spring and has insane tailgate yard. Considered a top houee and full of good looking hard partying athletic girl getters

Phi Psi does have some pluses - nice house, nice lawn and rising stature; but, right now it's still solidly mid-tier. Most of the members are pretty nice guys, but they've yet to get on solid footing when it comes to recruiting, and there's indiscriminate bidding to get numbers. Heavy self-ranking is pretty obvious!
