Is there a way to get a bid through cob without knowing people in the house?

No. Why would you even want to COB a house where you know no one?

The same reason you'd want a bid from a house where you know no one in formal recruitment. You get to meet them before accepting a bid, even in cob, and if you like them you accept it. Duh.

It's tough, most cob bids go to girls who are friends of actives. Focus on making friends and being active around campus. COB may eventually work out for you! Good luck!
