Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 5.0 DX is far from irrelevant -- it's a great house and continues to get more popular while it takes care of its business and cooperates with other UA fraternities. Any fraternity member in a leadership position know this to be true. Old Row is respected, but not one I know at DX would trade houses for all the tea in China. Old Row is great, but DX is proud of its own legacy and tradition.

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 3.0 ...two posts below. Yes, the house has been beat up over the years. Renovations won't help with being competitive, they will need a new house. Membership was down after probation for a # of years, but has grown considerably in the past few. 40+ man pledge class this fall should put them at well over 100 members. New Row with 90+ years of commitment to the University. Great parties.
