Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 Losing TDX is a big blow for greek life. TDX was known for throwing massive raves and was the football house. Since getting the boot, DU has largely taken over their role.

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 Twas a good house, sad that they'll be off campus for three years, will probably have a good rebound in 2026 given the physical house is awesome and has an excellent location on the slope.

Theta Delta Chi - ΘΔΧ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 Kind of sad what happened to them. A few bad apples ruined the frat for everyone. Their physical house is awesome and used to throw legendary raves. A shame they won't be back for three more years. Heard the remaining guys moved to DU, so maybe DU can keep their memory.
