Huge riser this past year. If they can manage to keep making their party spaces better, this will be the top house at Cornell. Newest PC mogs all freshman PCs.

Physical house is solid and a good venue for larger parties which isn’t as common for c4. Lake view/backyard for slope day and homecoming is also unique. Good social relations with c4 sororities, and rush new guys very well. However, not the best annex in c4 and there’s definitely a different vibe with new pc’s vs the og’s. Will be interesting to see if the next pc stays true to the typical vibe they go for or if they continue to diversify.

Always trying to claw up to stop mixing with kappa and theta. Not well liked by the other sororities. Half the juniors moved out cause they dislike it so much
