Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.1 About 3 years ago this house was awful but their vibe has 100% changed. They have are a very wealthy house and it has helped them make a pretty quick rise. Primarily mixes with AZD, SDT, Pi Phi. Horrible relations with other frats but that’s usually because of the way they do rush. Probably would put them upper mid with a good trajectory.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.5 Let me be honest. SAE is wealthy, very wealthy. However, no amount of money can make up for the fact that they're still relatively new, given that they've been reinstated very recently. From what I've seen, their relations aren't the best. Something to work on. However, the brothers are tight-knit, so if you're looking for community, there's that.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.7 SAE is the biggest grinder on this site, don't be fooled. They have a ton of money and a super nice house but 90% of their brothers are squids. There's a reason why they don't mix and also a reason why they cross rush with all the lower mouse/bouses. They have no sorority relations and they constantly try to boost their image while bringing down DX/Sig Pi/Chi Psi in efforts to become relevant but it's unlikely they ever will be
