Comment:  About 3 years ago this house was awful but their vibe has 100% changed. They have are a very wealthy house and it has helped them make a pretty quick rise. Primarily mixes with AZD, SDT, Pi Phi. Horrible relations with other frats but that’s usually because of the way they do rush. Probably would put them upper mid with a good trajectory.
