Classic DU tryna grind Greekrank before rush. They posted like 6 times in the last week lol. On the real they are going to have by far the worst C4 PC, contributing even more to their drop out of C4 which has been the case the last 2-3 rush cycles.

My chem partner this semester was rushing DU and got into it right at the end of the fall. He was super cute and tall and really helpful. He was able to get me into a few of their parties this fall and I had a great time. I am trying to get into a c4 sorority so I can see these guys more. Somehow always their hottest guys tho always stand at the door and don’t come into the party. Overall best parties I’ve been to at Cornell and don’t get creepy vibes lik other houses lik snu who I heard got shut down for it a couple years ago

I’ve been so confused how DU has been able to get the most normal and actually good looking group of guys consistently. As a rush I was at first skeptical since some of these guys were just so intimidating to talk to. I made it to one of their last brotherhood events but got dropped not sure why me and a couple of my friends did too. Overall I wldve joined DU but now have to settle for maybe snu or DX. I just am so confused why some of their best guys also are so hard to talk to. A house that has a lot of mystery and makes them a little unfriendly on the outside, but inside the brotherhood is crazy. I fw DU heavy to say the least and am debating if I shld not do spring rush and try to join in the fall, but I hear their class gets super competitive and only bids around 4-6 guys every fall compared to 12-14.

DU comes up a lot, and it is easy to see why. They bring in guys who elevate the house, especially strong guys and a well connected fall class. There is a clear standard and presence there. I have been to a few of their events, but what stands out more is the sense of a private, tight brotherhood that people do not really talk about, which adds to their status. I have also heard about a big alum donation, which speaks to their backing. After seeing what they have going on, I see why people would choose them over other C4 houses.

A bunch of my friends already have DU on their calendar for rush week. I would rush but my gpa isn’t above 2.5 so I’m not eligible this semester. Heard they usually take a dominate fall class and athletes that bring the house up. Elite boarding school feeder as well. Not too sure about their dues only thing that I heard is pricey. Been to a few of their parties but heard their are more exclusive brotherhood stuff that not even brothers are allowed to talk about. Not too sure if it’s fun stuff or dangerous. Apparently they just got a 3 million dollar donation as well apparently from one of the Alums for his son who joined in the fall. Overall was tied between them in sig nu earlier in the semester but after their Christmas party 100% would go DU

Great house and great guys all around. Solid parties when they do host and a good overall vibe. They seemed to take a strong fall class and definitely look like they’re on the up right now. Seems like they’re doing things right.

PC looking insanely weak compared to rest of C4. Unfortunately on the comedown unless they turn things around. Solid parties though.

Haven’t spent a lot of time at DU because we didn’t mix with them much, but can we talk about there new guys. They are all studs, every other frat is losing out so much with no fall rush.
