I heard good things abt this house from a boy from home. When is there Ocean homecoming party? Might try to sneak in

Unfortuently I didnt get a bid from them last year, but I heard they took a fire fall class and are honestly just geneinue and super nice guys. Would love if they could host at the house more, but all g. Def touse vibes.

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.2 Decent house but bottom of c4 so they have the least relationships with the top sororities. They also can’t use their main house to throw more times than not so just small stuff in college town. Unfortunately just not much upward mobility for the house
